This Saturday, May 10th, will see the final showdown between all
competitors at Kewalo Basin for points ratings and slots in the
upcoming Burger King State Championships, set for June 4,5 and 6 at
Ala Moana Bowls.

All divisions will be battling it out at the south shore's premier
small wave venue as they complete their final competition of the past
Hawaii Amateur Surfing Association season.

As the North Shore surf evaporates in late spring May becomes the
focal point of an early summer wave season, surfers are getting a
chance to mix it up with the southerly swells and clean trade wind
conditions that O`ahu is famous for.

Industry leader, QUIKSILVER is the presenter for this great
end-of-the-season event and the action will be intense since most of
the competitors have spent countless hours surfing the famous reef
pass at the edge of the Kewalo basin marina for fun. Now, they'll get
the opportunity to show everyone their mastering of the tricky, left
and right peak and how their contest savvy has improved through the
year.
